Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services purchased from PropMedia Promo, operated by Hassan Agency LLC. Our engagements are structured as a retainer plus a performance-based component, as set out in each client agreement.

1. Retainer Fees

Retainer fees cover influencer sourcing, vetting, negotiation, and campaign management for the billing period. If no sourcing, vetting, or campaign work has started within the first 7 days of your first billing period, you may request a full refund of that period's retainer. Once work has begun, retainer fees are earned as the work is performed and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

2. Performance Fees

Performance fees become due when the agreed performance triggers (such as funded accounts within the agreed attribution window) are met, and are non-refundable once earned.

3. Creator Fees

Fees paid to influencers or creators — whether paid by you directly or passed through us at cost — are governed by each campaign agreement. Once a creator has begun or delivered the agreed content, their fees are not refundable by PropMedia Promo.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel per the notice period in your agreement (14 days' written notice by default; email is sufficient). You will not be charged for subsequent periods. Retainer fees for the current period, performance fees already earned, and creator fees already committed remain payable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@propmediapromo.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues quickly and directly.
