Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services purchased from Hassan Agency LLC.
1. Monthly Services
Our packages are billed monthly in advance. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first billing period and no deliverables have been published, you may request a full refund of that month's management fee.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with at least 14 days' written notice (email is sufficient) before your next billing date. You will not be charged for subsequent months. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Advertising Spend
Amounts paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) are payments to those platforms and are not refundable by Hassan Agency.
4. Custom Work
One-off custom projects (e.g., a content package or campaign setup) are refundable only before work has started. Once work has begun, fees are earned proportionally to work completed.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hassanonetwo6@gmail.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues quickly and directly.
