Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Hassan Agency LLC ("Hassan Agency," "we," "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Hassan Agency provides digital marketing services, including social media management, paid advertising management, and content creation. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are described in the package or written proposal agreed with the client.

2. Fees and Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Advertising spend (amounts paid to platforms such as Meta or Google) is separate from our management fees and is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform unless otherwise agreed.

3. Term and Cancellation

Engagements run month to month. Either party may cancel with at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing date. Work already performed and fees for the current billing period remain payable.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, brand assets, and information needed to perform the services.
• Review and approve content within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure that materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client (posts, graphics, videos, ad creatives) are owned by the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. While we work diligently to achieve strong results, we do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, sales, or advertising performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hassan Agency's total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the one (1) month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for purposes of the engagement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
